Andrew Sharpin

Andrew Sharpin has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Andrew is currently serving as the Director of Risk Adjustment at Point32Health since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Tufts Health Plan as the Director of Enterprise Risk Adjustment from January 2017 to June 2021 and as the Manager of Risk Adjustment Strategy and Operations from November 2014 to December 2016. Before joining Tufts, Andrew worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant from July 2012 to October 2014. Andrew also had a brief stint at Cigna as a Summer Associate in the HealthService Leadership Program in 2011. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked as a Consultant at Partners HealthCare from December 2006 to July 2010 and at Hayes Management Consulting from August 2005 to July 2010.

Andrew Sharpin completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Brown University, from the years 2002 to 2005. Andrew further pursued their studies at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategy and Marketing, spanning from 2010 to 2012.
