Sarah Hess

Sarah Hess currently serves as an Operating Partner at Point72 Ventures since 2024, following a role as an Investor/Operator at Lux Capital from 2023 to 2024. Previously, Sarah held the position of West Coast Director at Silicon Valley Defense Group from 2022 to 2024 and contributed to NATO's Innovation Fund in 2022. From 2020 to 2022, Sarah worked as a Science and Technology Analyst for the U.S. Federal Government and served as a Government Affairs Specialist at Franklin Square Group in 2019. Sarah's career began at Apple, where responsibilities as a Localization Producer were undertaken from 2014 to 2018. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University.
