Jesse Brooks

Head of Customer Engagement at PointCare

Jesse Brooks has held a variety of roles in the health care industry since 2008. In 2021, they began working at PointCare as the Head of Customer Engagement. In this role, they work with outreach, enrollment, and billing teams to provide a seamless workflow experience. Prior to this, they were the Team Lead, Customer Success at PointCare, where they were responsible for expansion revenue growth, strategy, forecasting, process improvement, and scaling. Jesse also held the role of Customer Success Advisor, where they were responsible for an account portfolio ranging all segment sizes including all post-sales customer journey responsibilities.

From 2018 to 2021, Jesse worked at Suki, where they held the roles of Onboarding Manager II, Customer Success, Onboarding Manager, Customer Success, and Senior Quality Assurance Associate. In these roles, they managed new user onboardings and account management of all segment sizes, and they were responsible for ensuring the product output was accurate from the data received from customers.

From 2016 to 2018, Jesse worked at Augmedix as the Internal Onboarding Lead, Global Training, Senior Training Specialist, and Senior Documentation Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for onboarding, training, evaluation, and assignment of cross-functional cohorts.

Jesse was the Founder of the JB2Cardio Organization from 2008 to 2014. During this time, they also worked as a Medical Intern at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine Chattanooga, where they worked alongside Interventional Cardiologist, John Golding M. D. , to construct a community research project on the prevalence of coronary artery disease in local heart patients.

Jesse Brooks attended Baylor University from 2010 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Studies - Pre-Medical. From 2015 to 2017, they attended UC Berkeley Extension, studying Health Professions and Related Clinical Sciences, Other. In 2014, they obtained a CPR & First Aid certification from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association.
