Has been a partner in a Silicon Valley CPA firm working with start up technology companies for a couple of decades. He previously was the CFO of a publicly held technology company through IPO. He has significant experience in the valuation of start up companies, including valuation strategies and building of the Company with shareholder value in mind. Richard is a California CPA has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Golden Gate University and a Master of Valuation Science from Lindenwood University. He is an active aviation enthusiast since college having flown his Beechcraft Turbo Bonanza extensively through the western United States and Mexico. He often wears a hat.
