Venkat Ganesan

A serial entrepreuner, mostly based in the Silicon Valley, Pointcast is his 5th start-up. Venkat has invented a few things, got some of the early patents in VolP and voice enabled multi-player games. He was among the first to build offshore teams in India and consequently earned lots of miles. He is capable of single handed code development, web marketing and even some biz dev if absolutely required. Through his startups he has raised investments, built and managed teams, designed and optimized web advertising programs that have converted millions of live requests in vertical categories. He has been VP of product development, engineering and technology for early and mid-sized companies between start-ups. Otherwise, he ecstatically sails his Cal-25, attempts to play carnatic musicon an antique cornet, is a constantly improving batsman in cricket and just loves to ride his motorcycle instead of those cages. Venkat has a Master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
