Amanda Hane

Amanda Hane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare technology and clinical training. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at PointClickCare since June 2019, Amanda has held various roles including Manager of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes the role of Clinical Trainer for Medicaid and Medicare at Sentara Health, where Amanda conducted training for clinical staff. As a Clinical Informatics Specialist at TrainingWheel, Inc., responsibilities included supporting implementations of Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and Allscripts, as well as physician training across multiple applications. Amanda began a nursing career as a Travel RN with Medical Solutions and Floyd Medical Center, specializing in emergency care and benefiting from experience with various electronic health record systems. Amanda also held the position of Chief Scribe at ScribeAmerica, leading a team of physician scribes and facilitating training in Epic documentation.
