Carla Steele is an accomplished professional in the fields of enablement and operations, currently serving as Director of Enablement at PointClickCare since March 2020, where previous roles included Manager of Delivery Services and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations at SurveyStudio, Funeral Director at Horan & McConaty, Director of Memory Support Programming and Research at Christian Living Communities, and Director of Customer Operations at It's Never 2 Late, where significant improvements in customer service and training were achieved. Carla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Community Services from Michigan State University, awarded in 2005.
