David Heiert

David Heiert is an experienced IT generalist with over 35 years in the industry, currently serving as a Systems Engineer II at Consumer Direct Care Network. Previously, David held significant roles at companies like PointClickCare, where responsibilities included IT management and cloud system implementations, and Accu-Med Services, where David was a QA Manager. David began their career as a Senior Warehouse Technician at The Gap, Inc., managing telecom and datacom systems. David also earned an Associate's degree in Electronics from Northern Kentucky St. Voc/Tech and continues education at NCC.
