Donna Weimer

Donna Weimer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Donna currently serves as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at PointClickCare since April 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as an Independent Business Consultant and Executive Coach from September 2016 to April 2021.

From April 2015 to September 2016, Donna was the Vice President of Business Development at Mid-Atlantic Health Care LLC. Before that, they worked as a Post Acute Network Consultant at their own consultancy firm, Donna Weimer, from October 2012 to September 2016. In this role, they provided consulting and advisory services to healthcare executives in the areas of hospital integration, alignment, and business development.

Donna held the position of Senior Vice President of Strategy at Communicare Family of Companies from March 2013 to August 2013. Donna also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Solterra Senior Living from October 2011 to October 2012.

Donna'sprior experience includes being the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Extendicare from July 2009 to August 2011. Donna also founded Ascent Upwards Coaching, an executive, business, and life coaching firm, where they served as President from September 2008 to July 2009.

Earlier in their career, Donna worked at HCR ManorCare as the Assistant Vice President of Sales & Marketing/Regional Director of Operations from September 2001 to May 2008. Donna also worked at Life Care Centers of America as a Regional Vice President and Nursing Home Administrator. In this role, they provided oversight to multiple skilled nursing centers, an assisted living center, and a retirement center.

Donna Weimer obtained their Masters degree in Gerontology from the University of Northern Colorado. Donna attended the university from 1981 to 1986.
