Eric Smolyar is a Finance and Treasury Leader with over a decade of experience in strategic process optimization, financial modeling, and forecasting. Currently serving as a Senior Treasury Manager at PointClickCare, Eric has previously held key roles at Pinnacle Consulting & Recruitment, Build-A-Bear Workshop, TricorBraun, NXT Capital, and U.S. Bank. Throughout their career, Eric has focused on improving cash management and financial reporting, driving digital transformations, and optimizing treasury functions. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northern Illinois University, and is pursuing a Certificate of Proficiency in Horticulture from Saint Louis Community College.
