Izza Asad has a diverse background in customer experience and project management, with significant experience in the healthcare technology sector. From 2009 to 2013, Izza served as a Team Lead at Exchange Armani, supervising a team of over 15 sales associates. In 2013, Izza joined Rogers Communications as a Customer Experience Associate, managing high-volume calls and resolving customer issues. From 2015 to 2016, Izza worked as a Customer Support Representative at PointClickCare, supporting healthcare professionals using EHR technology. Currently, as a Project Manager at PointClickCare, Izza leads the implementation of EHR modules across long-term care facilities. Izza holds a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute, demonstrating expertise in project coordination and management.
