Jayne Warwick has over two decades of experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Medical Records Compliance at PointClickCare since June 2004. In this role, Jayne provides expertise and support for product implementation, education, and quality teams, while guiding clients on strategies related to policy and role redefinition in an electronic environment. Previous positions at PointClickCare include Director of Market Insights and SNF Market Segment Manager. Prior to PointClickCare, Jayne held the position of Director of Operations at Kensington Gardens and Supervisor of Staff Education at the City of Toronto. Earlier experience also includes roles as Nurse Consultant and Director of Care at Extendicare. Jayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lakehead University.
