Jody Long, MSN, MBA, RN, CEN, is a nurse leader and innovator with a passion for achieving exceptional outcomes for clinicians and patients. Jody worked as the Emergency Department Director at Manatee Memorial Hospital from 2013 to 2024, where they led numerous quality initiatives and oversaw the opening of a new ED department. Jody's clinical experience spans various roles, from Patient Care Technician at HCA Florida Blake Hospital to charge nurse and beyond at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System. Currently, Jody pursues advanced degrees in Nursing Informatics and Healthcare Management at Western Governors University while serving in leadership positions at PointClickCare and MindCare Solutions.
