Lori Chan is a UX Designer with extensive experience in user experience and architectural design. Currently at PointClickCare since January 2022, Lori specializes in the design of resident management systems and facilitates design thinking workshops. Prior experience includes designing the UI/UX for the Service System Manager Portal at the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development, leading user research and usability testing initiatives. Previous roles also include UX/UI design at Heartcade, where Lori contributed to product strategy and conducted qualitative research, and architectural design positions at Quadrangle and Kasian Architecture, focusing on public spaces and competition bid proposals. Lori holds a Master of Information in User Experience Design from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Architecture from Carleton University.
