Matthew Rozek has an extensive work experience in customer support and leadership roles. Matthew currently works at PointClickCare as the Senior Director of Customer Support. Prior to that, they held senior director positions at Quadient, where they were responsible for customer success, global support, and support in the Americas region. Before Quadient, Matthew was the Director of Professional Services and Support at Aptean and the Director of Global Customer Support at Truition Inc. Matthew also worked at Compuware Corp as a Manager of Customer Support. Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated their expertise in providing exceptional support to customers and driving customer success.
Matthew Rozek obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Criminology from the University of Toronto in 1996. In 2008, they pursued a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the University of Toronto. Additionally, they obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2008.
