Mike Soro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and services sectors. Currently serving as SVP of Professional Services at PointClickCare since February 2020, Mike leads a management team focused on the deployment of SaaS solutions, emphasizing customer success and operational excellence. Previously, Mike held various executive positions at Intelex Technologies Inc., where strategic growth and customer engagement were key focuses, and Silanis Technology, managing service delivery and customer retention. Mike's career began at IBM, where responsibilities spanned sales management and global alliances, contributing to a strong foundation in technical sales and business development. Mike holds a Master of Science degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo.
