Rahim Hashwani

Rahim Hashwani has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 1992, they worked at CN Tower as a Manager in the Food & Beverage Systems and later in Reservations, Restaurants, and Bars. From 2002 to 2012, they joined Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment as Manager of IT Systems & Entertainment. In 2012, they briefly served as the Director of Operations at Radeon Technologies Ltd. Rahim then moved to Discount Car & Truck Rentals in 2013, where they served as the Director of Information Technology until 2015. Rahim Hashwani joined PointClickCare in 2016 as the Director of Infrastructure & Support Services. Rahim progressively advanced within the company, assuming roles such as Senior Director of Technology & Support Services and ultimately becoming the Vice President of Technology & Support Services in 2022. In their current position, Rahim shapes business strategies and provides technology leadership, sponsors transformation initiatives, and oversees the development of financial, capital, and resource plans to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Rahim Hashwani attended Ryerson University from 1994 to 1997, where they studied Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. From 1997 to 1999, they studied Computer Graphics at Seneca Polytechnic. In 2016, Rahim obtained certifications as a Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner from the International Scrum Institute.
