Valene Mason

Valene Mason has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Valene is currently the Vice President of Provider Sales at PointClickCare, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of National Accounts at PointClickCare from April 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining PointClickCare, Valene worked at Updox as an Enterprise Sales Director from January 2019 to April 2021. At Updox, they were responsible for simplifying the business of healthcare by offering a comprehensive business management platform for patient engagement and provider communication.

From January 2017 to January 2019, Valene worked at HealthcareSource as a Regional Sales Manager. Valene helped healthcare organizations manage talent through various software solutions, including applicant tracking, onboarding, performance management, and recruitment marketing.

Valene's earlier experience includes working at Northwoods as a Client Executive from September 2014 to December 2016. Valene played a key role in increasing solution awareness and meeting revenue targets in three new states by understanding the business needs of social workers and other agency stakeholders.

Valene began their career at Resource Systems, which was later acquired by Cerner Corporation. Valene worked there from May 2004 to September 2014, initially as an Advisory Client Executive, selling software solutions and services to long-term care and assisted living facilities. After the acquisition, they were promoted to the population health organization, selling to c-suite executives in the acute market.

Throughout their career, Valene has demonstrated strong sales skills, relationship-building abilities, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Valene Mason attended Muskingum University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, English, and Communications.
