Ben Matteo

Ben Matteo is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in biotechnology and technology sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Eos Neuroscience, Ben leads efforts to develop innovative treatments aimed at restoring vision for patients affected by retinal diseases. In addition to this role, Ben serves as an advisor at Pointcloud Inc, which focuses on advanced LIDAR technology for robotics and AR/VR applications. Ben's leadership extends to the Board of Directors at Nila, a company specializing in high-output LED lighting for film and television. A former director and president of the MIT Club of Northern California, Ben co-founded the Cleantech Open, promoting sustainable business practices, and has contributed to various international business competitions as a judge or mentor. With a strong educational background from Stanford University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Ben has also held consulting roles, including founding Matteo Industries and working at McKinsey & Company.
