Preethi Padmanabhan

Preethi Padmanabhan is a Senior Digital System Engineer at Pointcloud Inc since February 2023, previously serving as a 3D Imaging Systems Architect at ams OSRAM where responsibilities included technical leadership for Time-Of-Flight system projects, feasibility studies, system modeling, and architecture definition. Preethi also worked as a Doctoral Assistant and PhD Candidate at EPFL, focusing on direct time-of-flight SPAD image sensors for LiDAR, and gained early experience as a Student Researcher at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and a Project Intern at Siemens. Educational achievements include a Ph.D. in Microelectronics from EPFL, a Master's in Electrical Engineering - Microelectronics from Delft University of Technology, and a Bachelor's in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
