Lindsey Mroz

Lindsey Mroz, MBA, currently serves as a Project Manager at Pointcore, Inc., since July 2021. Prior to this role, Lindsey held various positions in recruitment, including Physician Recruiter and Advanced Practice Provider Recruiter at OSF HealthCare from December 2017 to July 2021, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting for multiple physician specialties and advanced practice providers. Lindsey’s experience also includes roles as a Recruiter and Supplier Specialist at nextSource, a Recruitment Specialist at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., and a Department Head at Hobby Lobby. Academically, Lindsey earned a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership/Human Resource Management from Illinois State University, and an Associate of Arts and Associate of Applied Sciences from William Rainey Harper College.
