Max Delap

Max DeLap is a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Pointe Precision, Inc. since May 2014, bringing extensive experience in quality control and manufacturing engineering. Previously, Max served as QC Supervisor at Midwest Prototyping LLC from September 2010 to May 2014 and had a prior role as Manufacturing Engineer at Pointe Precision, Inc. in early 2009. Max holds a degree in Industrial Technology Management with a focus on Metals Processes from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, earned between 2005 and 2009, and completed studies at the Wisconsin School of Business in 2013. Initial education was completed at Rhinelander High School from 2000 to 2004.
