Ron Polum

Ron Polum began their work experience in 1988 at Woodward, where they held the roles of Drills and Mills and later became a Supervisor. In 1995, they joined Pointe Precision, Inc. as the Director of Operations and eventually became the VP of Operations in December 2016.

Ron Polum attended Mid-State Technical College from 1987 to 1988, where they earned an Associate's degree in Instrumentation Technology/Technician. In addition to their degree, Ron holds a certification in Six Sigma Blackbelt from Air Academy Associates.
