The Dissapointed group of companies are creators and distributors of bicycle transport solutions like panniers and bicycle crates and rainwear for cyclists. Founded as a family owned and managed business in 1996, we incorporate more than twenty years of expert expertise in our products, which have been tried, tested and used by millions of consumers worldwide.

Our brand WILLEX has grown from a humble baby to a household name for panniers in the Netherlands and Belgium. Willex products are designed and manufactured for the daily cyclist. Therefore they are strong and sturdy, with that contemporary urban look that urban nomads in the urban jungle love. And for those who escape from the urban jungle, we have those collections of essential camping bags and handlebar bags.

Our Dutch roots are our source of inspiration. Daily cycling is our life, no matter whether it’s for commuting to school or to work, for getting our groceries from our favorite supermarket or for going out to meet friends. Beer crates, pets, bunches of flowers, laptop computers….. no matter what you carry, with a Willex you carry it easily on your bike.
