Bar Molaga

Bar Molaga is an experienced Full Stack Team Leader currently at Rapid7 since July 2021, leading a diverse team of developers and QA Automation specialists. Bar has a robust background in Agile Scrum methodologies, actively participating in the interview process and focusing on professional development within the team. With hands-on expertise in Angular, Express, Mongo, Redis, and the ELK stack, Bar has been responsible for impactful customer-facing features and collaboration with product managers and UI/UX designers. Prior to Rapid7, Bar held similar leadership roles at IntSights, where mentoring and team performance were prioritized, and worked as a Full Stack Developer at SWITCH.co.il and IGMD ltd, developing both internal and customer-facing applications.
