Yael Bar is the HR Director at PointFive, bringing extensive experience in driving growth and transformation within global tech companies. Over the past decade, Yael has partnered with leadership teams to scale organizations, achieving significant talent growth and managing teams through rapid changes. Previously, Yael held key HR positions at Aqua Security, SentinelOne, and Zerto, where they developed HR strategies, improved employee engagement, and supported organizational success during IPO preparations and expansions. Yael holds a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design from the Holon Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Organizational Consulting from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
