Serhat Önal, PMP, PSM I have extensive work experience in various managerial roles in the software development field. Prior to this, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Authority Partners from 2021 to 2023, where they managed a team of software developers and architects from different countries. Before that, they held multiple roles at BIS - Business Integration Services, including Software Development Manager for SaaS Projects, Software Development Manager for Non-Financial Solutions, and Team Leader/Project Manager for HR Solutions. Serhat started their career as a System Analyst at EastNets and worked as a Software Development Leader at SFS. Serhat Önal, PMP, PSM I, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Istanbul University in 2002. Serhat then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from Kadir Has University, completing it in 2005. Prior to their university education, they attended Uğur Lisesi from 1994 to 1998, focusing on Mathematics. In addition to their formal education, Serhat Önal has also earned various certifications, including PMP from the Project Management Institute in October 2023 and PSM I from Scrum.org in 2019. Serhat has also obtained certifications in Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals and Azure Fundamentals.
