Chris Gray

Chris Gray is a seasoned compliance and data protection professional serving as the Head of Compliance and Data Protection Officer at Points since November 2006. In this role, Chris leads the strategy, implementation, and execution of compliance programs for SOX, PCI, GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA, while overseeing the protection of personally identifiable information (PII) across the organization. Previously, Chris held the position of Tech Lead for Release Engineering, where effective automated build processes were developed, resulting in the organization achieving full PCI compliance for the first time. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Build Engineer at Destinator Technologies and a Systems Developer at ERG Transit Systems.
