Howard Henry

Howard Henry has over 15 years of work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Howard is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Points since March 2021. Previously, they worked as a Senior Engineering Manager and Committee Lead at RBC Ventures between February 2020 and March 2021. Prior to that, they held Engineering Lead and Senior Consultant positions at T4G Limited from August 2018 to February 2020. Howard also served as a Software Engineer Lead at Scalable Capital from April 2016 to May 2018 and at picturemaxx AG from May 2014 to April 2016. Howard has significant experience as a Chief Technology Officer at Panmedia Limited from May 2011 to April 2014, where they led the engineering practice and implemented digital media strategies. Before this, Howard worked as a Consultant/Self-Employed Software Engineer and Project Manager for various projects from 2005 to 2014.
