Jeffrey Jewitt has over a decade of experience in IT operations and support, currently serving as Manager of IT Operations at Points since May 2009, where previous roles included Team Lead, Unix Administrator, Junior Unix Administrator, Infrastructure Support Specialist, and Desktop Support Analyst. Prior to this, Jeffrey worked at Metro from August 2003 to November 2012 in various capacities, including Cashier, Service Desk, and Scanning Assistant. Additionally, a brief stint as a Helpdesk Assistant at Points took place in 2008. Jeffrey holds an educational background from Seneca Polytechnic, graduating in 2009.
