John Cope

John Cope has a diverse work experience in the field of partnerships and relationship management. John began their career as a Strategy Analyst with AIRMILES in 2005 and then worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Mileage Company from 2006 to 2009. John joined British Airways in 2009 and served as the Global co-brand card manager, where they managed financial targets and partnerships in various regions, achieving significant revenue growth. In 2013, John moved to Avios as the Partner Director Global Financial Services, responsible for managing partnerships and leading the launch of the Avios Travel Rewards Programme in South Africa. John later became the Senior Manager Partnerships South Africa, managing a commercial team and delivering revenue and customer targets. Currently, John is working at Points as a Director of Partnerships, responsible for building strategic partnerships.

John Cope attended Devonport High School from 1993 to 2001, where they completed their secondary education. John then went on to attend the University of York from 2001 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Additionally, in 2002-2003, John studied History and Russian at York University.
