Mia Birk

Mia Birk is an Executive Coach who focuses on supporting founders in launching and growing their businesses. They are currently an Advisor at Halogen Ventures, an Executive Coach at Xcelerate Women, and a Strategic Advisor for both Pointz and It's Electric, Inc. Previously, Mia co-founded and served as VP at Alta Bicycle Share, where they contributed to numerous public bike-sharing systems. With a robust background in urban planning and transportation, they also held leadership positions across various organizations and served as an Adjunct Professor at Portland State University. Mia holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's degree from Johns Hopkins University.
