Poka-Yoke, meaning "mistake-proofing" in Japanese, is a technique for designing processes and products to prevent errors from occurring in the first place.

Founded by Gregor Pittendreigh, the company was born out of several years of experience in lean manufacturing and process improvement. Having built and optimised operations for businesses globally, Gregor launched Poka-Yoke Ltd.
