Cheyenne Arnold

Cheyenne Arnold has a diverse work experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources. Cheyenne is currently working as a People Partner at The Pokémon Company International since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Associate Human Resources Manager at PCC AEROSTRUCTURES from March 2022 to June 2022. Cheyenne also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the same company from March 2021 to March 2022. Before joining PCC AEROSTRUCTURES, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Topline Counters from November 2018 to March 2021. Cheyenne started their career as an Operations Associate at The Exchange from January 2017 to September 2018. Cheyenne'searly work experience includes working as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Brookdale Medical Associates from August 2014 to July 2016.

Cheyenne Arnold began their education at the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. Cheyenne completed their studies in 2015. In 2019, Cheyenne returned to the University of Maryland Global Campus to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, which they are expected to complete in 2023.

Additionally, Cheyenne has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In June 2022, they completed the courses "Communicating with Empathy," "Constructive Candor: Important Conversations with Coworkers, Family, and Friends," and "Having Difficult Conversations" through LinkedIn Learning. In August 2022, they completed the courses "Leading Virtually: Vulnerability and Presence when Working from Home" and "Presenting to Senior Executives," also through LinkedIn Learning. Furthermore, in November 2022, Cheyenne became Dare to Lead™ Trained through the Dare to Lead™ training program.
