Hailey Phillips

Hailey Phillips is a System Engineer at The Pokémon Company International, where responsibilities include hybrid cloud and multi-cloud management, as well as designing security and patching automation strategies. Previously, at Seattle University, Hailey implemented a new System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure and modernized endpoint management solutions, including enterprise Mac management and Windows patch management. Hailey's earlier experience includes roles as a Server Administrator at Propel Insurance, providing technical support and managing user access, and as an Information Security Specialist at Washington Health Benefit Exchange, conducting risk assessments and contributing to security policy development. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Centralia College and an Associate of Arts from South Puget Sound Community College.
