Keith Putt

Keith Putt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Keith currently holds the position of Director of Business Applications at The Pokémon Company International, where they have been since June 2021. Prior to this role, Keith served as a Board of Directors at Booyami, Inc, a company specializing in Financial Intelligence on Demand, from September 2011 onwards. Additionally, they also worked as the Principal of RED KNIT CAP, LLC, a company that bridges the gap between technology and business, from February 2021 to June 2021.

Prior to that, they worked as an HR/Accounting Staff at Hyatt Regency Albuquerque from 1995 to 1997. Keith started their career as a Financial Consultant at Greene & Co from 1993 to 1995.

Keith Putt started their education at Willamette University from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics. Later, in 2007, they attended the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business for an MBA program, which they completed in 2008.

In addition to their academic achievements, Keith has obtained certifications in various fields. Keith became Dare to Lead Trained in November 2022, having received training from Dare to Lead™ Trained. Furthermore, they became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner in July 2021, completing the certification program offered by Prosci.
