Matthew Kramer

Matthew Kramer is a seasoned legal and tax professional with extensive experience in transfer pricing and international tax law. Currently serving as a Transfer Pricing Consultant at The Pokémon Company International since August 2023, Matthew has previously held significant roles such as Managing Director at Grant Thornton LLP from November 2017 to August 2023, and Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from September 2012 to November 2017. Before entering the private sector, Matthew worked as an Attorney with the Internal Revenue Service, contributing to the Advance Pricing Agreement Program from December 2001 to August 2012.
