Business Systems Analyst III at The Pokémon Company International

Patrick Plude has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Patrick started in 2014 as a Senior Field Service Technician at The Computer Support People, LLC. There, they managed the Service Desk and provided Sales Engineering support. Patrick also worked with EMR systems and SAP Databases. In 2016, they joined Desktop Guerrillas LLC as a Senior Consultant, where they managed Code42 CrashPlan and Mimecast environments and provided hardware and software support for external clients. Patrick also maintained local datacenter and colocation hardware. Later in 2016, they became an Internal Consultant at TurnPoint Technology, implementing Office365/Azure environments and designing enterprise wireless networks. Patrick then moved on to A Stage Reborn in 2017, where they served as the Vice President of Technology. Patrick implemented software and SaaS solutions, migrated data, and set up the Google Workspace environment. Lastly, since 2018, they have been working at The Pokémon Company International as a Business Systems Analyst III and Systems Administrator III. In this role, they have implemented a new CMDB, automated tasks using scripting languages, maintained IT systems, migrated the company to hybrid environments, and improved AWS observability. Patrick has also provided training and served as an escalation point for security incidents and technical issues.

Patrick Plude attended Pomperaug Regional High School from 2007 to 2010. Patrick then pursued a degree in Psychology at Western Connecticut State University from 2010 to 2013. During their education, Patrick Plude also obtained additional certifications, including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in March 2021, Sumo Logic Level 1-4 from Sumo Logic in March 2019, and Apple Mobile Device certification from Apple, Inc. in May 2012.
