Localisation Technical Partner

Peter Bagley is a seasoned professional with experience in localisation and customer service. Currently serving as a Localisation Technical Partner at The Pokémon Company International since May 2018, Peter Bagley is responsible for editing and translating official Pokémon YouTube content, as well as various project documents. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Services Officer/Sales Administrator at YONEX CO., LTD., where Peter facilitated the sale of sports products and managed customer inquiries. Peter also spent three years in Japan as a Junior High School ESL Teacher with the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me), co-teaching in multiple schools and creating educational material. Previous roles include customer service positions at Plymouth Gadget Repair and CeX Webuy.com, where Peter progressed to a supervisory role. Peter Bagley holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and History from the University of Plymouth.
