Tony P. has extensive work experience in the tech industry. Tony began their career in 2006 as a Web Designer at UpSellUSA, where they primarily focused on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and Flash. From 2007 to 2008, Tony worked as an Interactive Developer at MSNBC, creating interactive Flash applications, embeddable widgets, and front-end templates for website redesign projects.

In 2008, Tony joined Cricket Moon Media as the Lead Software & Flash Engineer, programming games and web applications using Flash and ActionScript 3. Tony also incorporated voiceover and lip-sync support into their projects. From 2010 to 2013, Tony worked as an Interactive Developer at Smashing Ideas, creating rich interactive experiences for clients worldwide using native Android, Unity3D, Cocos2Dx, and Flash.

Tony then worked as an Android and Windows UI Developer at Microsoft from 2013 to 2015, focusing on native Android development for the Smartglass team and native Windows development for the Xbox app on Windows 10. During this time, they gained expertise in Java, XML, C#, and XAML.

From 2013 to 2015, Tony also did freelance development work. In 2015, they joined Monocle Society as a Senior Software Engineer, working with external clients and acting as an individual contributor on projects involving Java, Objective-C, Swift, C#, BLE, and Unity3D. Tony later became the Development Lead at Monocle Society, leading teams through various projects, establishing standards and schedules, mentoring direct reports, and collaborating with business leads.

Since 2017, Tony has been employed at The Pokémon Company International as a Senior Android Developer and subsequently as a Senior Client Engineer. Here, they have been responsible for developing Android applications, creating frameworks, and simulators for external devices.

Throughout their career, Tony has demonstrated strong technical skills in various programming languages and a collaborative approach to work.

Tony P. attended the University of North Carolina Asheville from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multimedia Arts and Sciences.
