Olivia Low is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition at Aonic (formerly Poladrone) since February 2024. In this role, Olivia focuses on streamlining recruitment and onboarding processes while enhancing the overall hiring strategy through the evaluation of job platforms and the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at TIMESCONSULT, where sourcing and headhunting talents for corporate clients was primary, and as a Staffing Specialist for IT & Tech at BGC Group, contributing to the establishment of the IT Staffing Team in Malaysia. Olivia's career began with an HR & Talent Acquisition internship at MoneyLion, followed by a role as a Sales Representative at Appco Group Asia. Educationally, Olivia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Human Resource Management from Coventry University.
