John E Tobin

John E Tobin, also known as JET, is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as a B-777 captain and line check pilot with Atlas Air/Polar Air Cargo. With a career that began in the 1990s, JET has held various roles including manager of flight crew training and aviation safety officer. They possess numerous type ratings across multiple aircraft and have extensive worldwide flight crew experience, including aerial firefighting and Alaska bush flying. In addition to their flight operations, JET actively mentors students at Raisbeck Aviation High School, supporting future leaders in the aerospace industry. JET continues to pursue new and interesting opportunities in aviation.
