Amanshu 👨💻 Raikwar

Amanshu Raikwar has an extensive work experience in the field of software development, primarily focused on Android development.

Amanshu 👨‍💻 started their career as an Intern at Spiderz Lab Programmers Pvt. Ltd., where they gained exposure to both Android and web development. During their internship, they developed Android apps using various APIs such as Android Studio, Parse Android API, Google Maps API, and Google Location Services API. Amanshu 👨‍💻 also worked on website development using JavaScript, Parse JS API, and Google Maps Embed API.

Amanshu then joined Khosla Labs as a Software Engineering Intern in 2016, where they gained practical experience in software development. Here, they worked on various projects, including the development of a physical identity document scanner, a challenge-based selfie capturer, and a JSON-driven workflow framework for Android screen flows.

In 2018, Amanshu joined IIT Mandi as a Teaching Assistant for the Software Design Patterns course. In this role, they collaborated with the professor to design assignments and projects, evaluated submissions, and provided feedback for improving the course content and structure.

Later in 2018, Amanshu returned to Khosla Labs as a Software Engineer. During their time there, they took on several responsibilities, including leading the development of the base network layer supporting TCP and HTTP in the Shopee Android app. Amanshu 👨‍💻 also led projects to migrate components and app variant branches to scalable modules, improving development productivity.

In 2020, Amanshu joined Shopee as a Senior Software Engineer - Android. Amanshu 👨‍💻 worked on the Shopee Android app with over 100 million users across multiple countries and app variants. Amanshu 👨‍💻 played a key role in managing multiple releases and also led the development and migration of the base network layer. Amanshu 👨‍💻 further optimized the build time of the app by a significant percentage to enhance the local development experience.

Most recently, in 2022, Amanshu joined Polarsteps as a Senior Android Developer. Further information about their role and responsibilities is not provided.

Amanshu Raikwar attended Sagar Public School in Gandhi Nagar, Bhopal from 2008 to 2014. Amanshu 👨‍💻 completed their secondary education and was recognized as the 12th school topper in the PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) stream in 2014. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi from 2014 to 2018.
