Ramesh Kesh, PhD has a strong background in research, development, and technology, with experience spanning several companies. At Milliken & Company, they held various senior positions, including SVP & Global Business Manager, Senior Vice President Of Research, Development and Technology - Airbag Business, and Senior Vice President, R&D, Sustainability, Regulatory Compliance and COEs. Ramesh led teams in driving innovation, commercialization of new products, and IP strategy. Additionally, they were responsible for design, engineering, fabric and coating chemistry development. Before joining Milliken & Company, Ramesh worked at Polartec as SVP of Research, Development and Technology and later as SVP & Business Manager. Overall, they have a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and revenue generation in multiple industries.

Ramesh Kesh, PhD, has an extensive education history spanning several prestigious institutions. Ramesh obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology in 1990. Ramesh then pursued a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University, completing it in 1992.

Continuing their academic journey, Ramesh went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1995. Ramesh'sfocus and expertise in this field showcase their dedication to advancing their knowledge in the scientific realm.

To supplement their education in engineering, Ramesh also pursued management and leadership studies. In 2004, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for a program in Management and Leadership. In the same vein, they engaged in professional development courses at the AMA (American Management Association), completing programs such as "The Brain Power Course: Learn to develop advanced thinking skills" in 2003, "Preparing for Leadership" in 2002, and "Management skills for leadership" also in 2002.

Ramesh's commitment to lifelong learning has positioned him to excel in their professional career. In 2021, they attended The Wharton School for Executive Education, where they achieved a certificate in Mastering Innovation, Strategy, Process & Tools. Furthermore, they obtained another certification titled "Mastering Innovation: From Idea to Value Creation" from Wharton Executive Education in April 2021.
