Nathan Diedrick

Nathan Diedrick is currently a Software Engineer at Polco. Nathan previously worked as a Software Developer at Fastenal Company from June 2021 to February 2022, where they developed and maintained ETL and data engineering processes and created reports using PowerBI, SSRS, and SSAS. Nathan also worked as an Information Technology Summer Intern at Reinhart Foodservice from June 2020 to August 2020, where they developed a UI for an internal application using Xamarin forms and developed an API for a mobile application using C# .NET. Additionally, Nathan interned as a Software Engineer at Virgin Pulse from May 2019 to August 2019, where they worked on diagnosing and fixing bugs on their Sustaining Engineering Team. Nathan also gained experience in adapting to a large code base with frameworks and languages that were new to him, developed skills to communicate problems and solutions with other team members, and learned about the process of software engineering by being a member of a scrum team and observing development-based scrum teams. Prior to their work in software engineering, Nathan worked as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at Countryside Golf Club from June 2016 to August 2017.

Nathan Diedrick has a Masters in Software Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Bachelor of Science - BS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.

They are on a team with Will Pleasant-Ryan - Director of Engineering, Michael Doliner - Senior Software Engineer, and Jason Benjoya - Software Engineer. Nathan Diedrick reports to Alex Pedersen, CFO & CTO.
