With over 15 years of experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement, they have successfully shaped and executed organizational transformations, focusing on building high-performing teams and coaching leaders. Karina has previously held roles such as Junior Project Manager at E_misja Interactive 360, Project Manager at MUG, and various senior positions at VMLY&R, managing large teams and leading strategic project initiatives. They hold multiple degrees and diplomas in public relations, innovative marketing, and IT project management, and are currently pursuing an Academy of Leadership Psychology at Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
