Ben Atnipp

Ben A. is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in product management and operations within the technology and transportation sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Product at Vianova I/O, Ben previously co-founded Polemix and held the roles of Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Following that, Ben was integral to Uber's expansion and operational strategies, including the introduction of the Uber Freight app across multiple European countries and launching the first e-Bike and e-scooter services in Italy. With a robust background in managing operations for Uber's Rideshare and New Mobility divisions, Ben significantly enhanced service delivery and market penetration while overseeing considerable teams. Prior to Uber, Ben gained experience as an Investment Associate at R-Squared Macro and completed a fellowship with Venture for America. Ben holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Global Politics from Washington and Lee University.
