Sofia Bergqvist is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background in global and regional human resources management. Currently serving as a Global HR Specialist for Digital Platforms at Polestar since April 2021, Sofia previously enhanced Nordic HR operations as a Nordic HR Generalist at Philips from January 2018 to April 2021. At IBM, from September 2014 to December 2017, Sofia coordinated HR project support for Procter & Gamble, contributing to various project stages, as well as facilitating Nordic Payroll and HR delivery for the same client.
