Prior experience includes the position of Deputy General Manager at Jiangsu Sugang Communication Technology Co., Ltd., where Matthew established the Sugang Communication Call Center, and as Director of the Asia Pacific Region in the EPMO Project Management Department at ZTE Corporation, focusing on project management system operations across various regions. Matthew holds an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and degrees in Business Administration and Network Appliances from Nanjing University and Nanjing Vocational University of Industry Technology, respectively.
