Michael Hatch is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as Tech Principal at Policy Expert since May 2023, Michael previously held the position of Tech Lead at notonthehighstreet from February 2020 to May 2023. Michael's career includes significant contributions as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer II at MOO, along with a progression of roles at Auto Trader UK, starting as a Graduate Developer and advancing to Senior Developer. Michael began the professional journey as a Graduate Systems Developer at aquilaheywood. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Warwick, completed in 2011.
